Our outdoor training sessions involve cardio, strength training, functional training, high intensity and (insert current buzzword trend). But ultimately, our training sessions encourage you to move in ways that allow you to improve your agility and all muscle groups, including that little heart! The goal is to achieve happiness, strength, efficiency, and the ability to overcome (almost) anything. Oh- and it's super fun!
